About the Job:
We are looking for a motivated Saudi Travel Advisor to join our Yanbu branch. The role involves assisting customers with travel bookings, providing travel solutions, promoting company products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel bookings
- Promote and upsell travel-related products and services.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Handle customer requests professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate system usage and booking details.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Support daily branch operations and reporting.
Profile Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for sales and travel industry.
- Basic computer and system skills.
- Flexible and able to work in a retail environment
