About the job:

The Partnerships senior officer is responsible for leading the partnerships of Almosafer to establish, manage, and deliver partnerships across destination management organizations, banks, e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs, and partners from other various sectors. Ensure alignment and collaboration with internal teams such as retail, marketing, data, product, and finance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact for partner accounts. Ensure partners’ needs and expectations are met and maintained.

  • Foster Strong Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.

  • Resolve Issues: Address and resolve any issues, concerns, or challenges that arise during the partnership, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

  • Business Development

  • Identify New Opportunities: Proactively identify new partnership opportunities that align with the company's objectives and goals.

  • Negotiate Terms: Collaborate with partners to negotiate partnership terms and agreements.

  • Strategic Growth: Work on strategies for expanding business with current partners.

  • Project and Account Coordination

  • Manage Projects: Oversee and ensure the successful implementation.

  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the partnership is progressing smoothly and deliverables are met.

  • Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders with progress reports on partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Marketing & Promotion

  • Collaborative Campaigns: Work with marketing teams to create joint marketing initiatives that benefit both the partner and the company.

  • Brand Representation: Represent the company’s brand and products/services to potential partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s core values.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track Metrics: Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze data related to partner performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform business decisions and refine strategies.

  • Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution

  • Address Concerns: Identify and address any issues or conflicts that arise with partners to prevent disruptions to the partnership.

  • Proactive Solutions: Implement corrective actions when necessary, and work to continuously improve the partnership experience.

  • Market Insights and Industry Trends

  • Research and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to partners.

  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from partners about product or service offerings, and work with relevant teams to incorporate improvements.

  • Sales Acumen: Experience in sales, marketing, or account management to help drive business results.
