About the job:
The Partnerships senior officer is responsible for leading the partnerships of Almosafer to establish, manage, and deliver partnerships across destination management organizations, banks, e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs, and partners from other various sectors. Ensure alignment and collaboration with internal teams such as retail, marketing, data, product, and finance.
Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Maintain Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact for partner accounts. Ensure partners’ needs and expectations are met and maintained.

Foster Strong Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.

Resolve Issues: Address and resolve any issues, concerns, or challenges that arise during the partnership, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Business Development

Identify New Opportunities: Proactively identify new partnership opportunities that align with the company's objectives and goals.

Negotiate Terms: Collaborate with partners to negotiate partnership terms and agreements.

Strategic Growth: Work on strategies for expanding business with current partners.

Manage Projects: Oversee and ensure the successful implementation.

Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the partnership is progressing smoothly and deliverables are met.

Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders with progress reports on partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Collaborative Campaigns: Work with marketing teams to create joint marketing initiatives that benefit both the partner and the company.

Brand Representation: Represent the company’s brand and products/services to potential partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s core values.

Track Metrics: Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.

Data Analysis: Analyze data related to partner performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform business decisions and refine strategies.
