About the job:

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for leading the partnerships team of the Consumer Travel BU, to establish, manage and deliver partnerships across Saudi Arabia, and GCC with destination management organizations, banks, e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs, and partners from other various sectors.
Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Partnerships team to tie up successful partnerships that are aligned to the overall objectives of the business.
Ensure alignment and collaboration with internal teams such as retail, marketing, data, product, and finance.

 

Responsibilities:
 

Strong partnership development and account management skills.

Lead the partnerships team.

Developing and managing strategic business partnerships.

Understand the travel and tourism industry.

Develop partnerships with destination management organizations, banks, e-commerce platforms and the tourism boards.

A track record of managing high-impact partnerships with significant internal and external dependencies.

Able to collaborate cross-functionally and keep stakeholders updated in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate the ability to establish and build rapport among senior-level people within partnership organizations.

Ability to cultivate and identify new strategic opportunities with partners.

Strong negotiation skills and experience independently leading complex and/or first-of-a-kind negotiations.

Demonstrated ability to use data to make decisions and influence stakeholders.

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.

Data-driven with the ability to dive into analytics.

Self-starter with a collaborative get-it-done approach.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Develop the overall strategy, business plans, and framework for the Partnerships team, and ensure successful execution in alignment with expected targets.

 

Profile requirements:
 

Travel and tourism experience (desirable)

3+ years of experience in developing and managing strategic business partnerships

Proficiency in English language

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple initiatives 

Business Development and Partnerships experience in Saudi Arabia

Commercial-thinking mindset

Passionate about travel
