Responsibilities: 

  • Handle customer inquiries from the time of the escalation to their closing.
  • Resolve customer complaints and problems, aiming for customer satisfaction.
  • Change, cancel, and refund flights, hotels, and packages according to its rules and regulations.
  • Complete necessary project operation documentation.
  • Alert the Team Leader on issues or concerns that require escalation.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of the customer data.
  • Adhere to work and accommodate business requests (including flexible working hours).  

 
Program Requirements:

  • The candidate must be a Saudi National.
  • The candidate should not be currently employed.
  • Must not have previous Tamheer participation.

 
Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma is required.
  • Great listening skills.
  • Strong communication.
