Tamheer - Sourcing Offline Supplier

Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers.

• Evaluating supplier capabilities and performance.

• Leading negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions.

• Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing supplier contracts.

• Managing ongoing supplier relationships to ensure compliance with contract terms.

• Monitoring supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and cost standards are met.

• Implementing strategies to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs.

• Collaborating with internal teams to align supplier capabilities with business needs.

Program Requirements:

• The candidate must be a Saudi National.

• The candidate should not be currently employed.

• Must not have previous Tamheer participation.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field will be preferred.

• Good communication skills 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

• Fluency in English required

• Fast Learner.
