Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective internal and external communications strategy based on our target audience. 
•  Write, edit, and distribute content, including social media posts, publications, press releases, website content, and other marketing material that communicates the organization's activities, products, and/or services. 
•  Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand and coordinate publicity events as required. 
•  Develop, support, and promote company goals, including message development, social media content creation, and media outreach.
•  Identify target audiences and create strategies to effectively engage them.
•  Ensure content aligns with our brand’s identity and message, and assist with marketing campaigns as needed.
•  Work closely with leaders and executives to develop and strengthen employee engagement activities via internal communications channels. 

Program Requirements:

• The candidate must be a Saudi National.
• The candidate should not be currently employed.
• Must not have previous Tamheer participation. 

Qualifications: 

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing or Public Relations is required.
• Excellent English. 
• Good communication skills.
• Fast Learner.
