Responsibilities:
- Manage the request process from the original inquiry to payment, service closure, and beyond.
- If necessary, communicate directly with the country's GSA/Representatives.
- Identify product or service shortages in your source markets.
- Resolve agent doubts and questions in order to provide complete customer satisfaction.
- Provide cultural and destination information.
- Book, and if necessary, change all aspects of the tour package in accordance with our laws and regulations.
- Complete any project operation documentation that is required.
- Notify the Sales Centre Supervisor of any issues or concerns that need to be escalated.
- Maintain customer data confidentiality in accordance with all applicable rules.
- Maintain work schedules and fulfil business needs (such as flexible locations and working hours).
- Meet the conversion and revenue targets while maintaining client happiness.
Program Requirements:
- The candidate must be a Saudi National.
- The candidate should not be currently employed.
- Must not have previous Tamheer participation.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Tourism is required.
- Excellent English.
- Good communication skills.
- Fast Learner.
