Responsibilities:

• Monitor service delivery standards and report any shortfall to the line manager, highlighting complaints and any remedial action taken.
• As the first point of contact for customer complaints, review and investigate those that arise and ensure regular progress updates are provided to the customer.
• Suggest ideas to improve operations and product lines to enable the business to be an innovative market leader (i.e., new and improved products, efficiency improvements, revenue generation ideas, cost reduction opportunities, etc.).
• Monitor competitors on the ground and communicate changes to the line manager to enable benchmarking of products against those of other DMC.
• Develop strong relationships with both our internal and external partners to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer data in compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Adhere to work and accommodate business requests/requirements, including (but not limited to) flexible locations and working hours.
• Perform other duties as required.

Program Requirements:

• The candidate must be a Saudi National.
• The candidate should not be currently employed.
• Must not have previous Tamheer participation. 

Qualifications: 

• A bachelor's degree in Tourism is required.
• Good English. 
• Good communication skills.
• Fast Learner.
