Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts and agreements.
- Liaise with external lawyers and ensure legal compliance with all business activities and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively address legal needs.
- Assist with filing paperwork, documenting contract revisions, maintaining organized records, and performing other legal tasks as assigned.
- Perform other legal tasks as assigned.
Program Requirements:
- The candidate must be a Saudi National
- The candidate should not be currently employed
- Must not have previous Tamheer participation
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Law is required
- Good communication skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools
- Adaptability and Willingness to Learn
