About the job:
We are seeking a highly qualified Product Development Specialist with diverse experience within the travel agency.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sourcing and Business Development to curate high-quality products for Almosafer platform to sell under Activities.
- Align with Sourcing on the acquisition of new activities, experiences, and things to do for business expansion.
- Conduct market research to prioritize product roadmap development.
- Maintain a diverse and top-tier portfolio of activities to meet customer demands.
- Drive business performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) for Activities product line.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development to align product offerings with business objectives.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sourcing, Revenue, and Customer Support teams for product optimization.
- Lead market intelligence efforts to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in experiences, tours, and events sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely launch and promotion of new products and features.
Profile requirement:
- 2-3 years of experience in Product Development, Business Development, Account Management within the Travel Agency or DMC business.
- Proficient in commercial analysis with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and demonstrating global awareness.
- Strong team player capable of collaborating in a fast-paced and evolving matrix environment.
- Flexibility and keen attention to detail are crucial for success in our dynamic setting.
