About the job:
The Senior Officer - Partnerships is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with a diverse portfolio of partners.
They are responsible for understanding the needs of partners and working towards achieving their shared objectives with the company. They contribute to revenue growth and enhance the company's market position by building a strong network of active partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partners and conduct the necessary research to assess their compatibility with the company's objectives.
- Communicate with potential partners and present available collaboration opportunities.
- Build strong and sustainable relationships with new and existing partners.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with current partners.
- Understand partners' needs and respond to them effectively.
- Ensure partner satisfaction and promote their loyalty to the company.
- Develop joint action plans with partners to achieve strategic objectives.
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the partnership.
- Review and adjust strategies as needed.
- Effectively negotiate partnership terms.
- Conclude agreements and contracts that serve the interests of both parties.
- Ensure compliance with agreements and contracts.
- Regularly monitor partner performance and evaluate results.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in the partnership.
- Take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on partnership performance to management.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for improving the partnership.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the achievement of partnership goals.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Analyze the partnership market and identify trends and developments.
- Identify opportunities for the company to expand its network of partners.
Profile requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship or partnership management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with others.
- Skills in market analysis and strategy development.
- Fluency in English & Arabic (speaking and writing).
- Good communication skills.
- Presentable appearance.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a team and achieve common goals.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments.
- Flexibility regarding travel matters.
