Senior Officer - Leisure Reservations (Italian Speaking)

About the job:
The role holder will help our clients to develop and confirm the most suitable and inclusive travel plans for our mutual guests by answering product and service questions, booking flights, tours, and hotels, and suggesting suitable enhancements from our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the request process from the time of the initial enquiry to its payment, service delivery and beyond.
• Liaise directly with the country GSA/Representatives if required.
• Identify product or service shortfalls relevant to your source markets.
• Resolve agent queries and questions, aiming for total customer satisfaction.
• Provide relevant destination and cultural information. 
• Book, and if required, amend all elements of the tour package according to our rules and regulations.
• Complete necessary project operation documentation.
• Alert the Senior Team Leader/Assistant Manager, Reservations, of any issues or concerns that require escalation.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer data in compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Adhere to work and accommodate business requests (including flexible locations and working hours). 
• Achieve the conversion and revenue target and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Carry out all job responsibilities in the Italian language /English.

Profile Requirements:

• Experience in a Customer Service/Sales Centre scenario, within the hospitality, tourism industry, or a relatable role.
• Great comprehension skills.
• Knowledgeable in the geography, culture, history, and traditions of Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent oral and written communications skills in Italian, English, and native Arabic.
• Knowledge and understanding of English-speaking source countries' cultures, nuances, and travel requirements. UK, USA, and Canada, etc.
• Travel experience outside the KSA is preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude and approach to business.
• You are passionate about the travel industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Able and willing to work shifts and ‘out of hours’ as required.
