About the job:
The Finance Analyst will support the FPA Reporting function in managing financial reporting, analysis, and automation projects. This role ensures accurate and timely financial reports, enhanced operational efficiency, and actionable insights for decision-making. The Finance Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to validate and consolidate data, improve reporting processes, and support the strategic goals of Almosafer’s FPA team.
Responsibilities:

Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing weekly PL management reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Validate and consolidate reports from various stakeholders and provide performance summaries. Conduct detailed variance analysis (MOM, YTD, vs. Budget/Forecast) and provide insights to support decision-making.

Month-End Close: Support EOM activities, including SAP reviews, adjustments guidance, and performance reconciliation. Assist in tracking and aligning SAP data with financial reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Process Improvement and Automation: Contribute to automating FPA processes, including Tableau dashboard updates and system integrations. Collaborate on initiatives such as SAP cleanup, product split activation, and intercompany process enhancements. Support the FPp;A team in implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with FBPs and cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting quality. Prepare tailored presentations for management and investor audiences.
Profile Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years in finance or reporting roles, with a strong background in financial analysis and process improvement.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Relevant certifications (CA, CMA) are a Plus.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP-based reporting systems (SAP experience is an advantage).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau for creating dashboards and reports.

Proactive problem solver with the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.

Strong communication skills for effectively presenting insights and collaborating with stakeholders.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
