About the job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, providing recommendations to management, and assisting in the development and management of budgets. They will prepare financial reports and presentations for various departments, conduct research and analysis to identify financial trends and opportunities and assist in the development of financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports and presentations for various departments.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets.
• Complete the month-end financial closing process for the relevant business area.
• Ensure compliance with appropriate accounting standards.
• Support, review, and assess business projects.
• Work with other stakeholders to resolve any inconsistencies.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• From 2 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
