About the role:
We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Comms Sr. Officer, who will be assisting the Brand team in Briefing, developing, executing and overseeing the Brand and Marketing Comms project both online and offline.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Execution

Assist in developing annual and seasonal brand plans aligned with Almosafer’s overall business objectives.

Support the execution of integrated brand campaigns (ATL, digital, CRM, social, partnerships).

Work with creative teams and agencies to develop campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency and quality.

Participate in competitor analysis and market monitoring to identify trends and insights.
Campaign Management

Manage campaign timelines, briefs, and deliverables across internal and external teams.

Coordinate cross-functional alignment between brand, performance marketing, product, and commercial teams.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign evaluation reports with key learnings and recommendations.
Content & Communication

Assist in developing brand messaging across digital platforms, app, website, CRM, and offline marketing touchpoints & whatsapp.

Support storytelling initiatives that highlight Almosafer’s travel expertise, products, and seasonal directions.

Work with the content team on developing city guides, destination themes, and travel experience content.
Partnerships & Activations

Support execution of brand partnerships, sponsorships, and activations — including sports, seasonal campaigns, and key events.

Coordinate partner deliverables, approvals, asset sharing, and reporting.

Track performance of partnership campaigns and ensure alignment with brand goals.
Market Research & Insights Customer Insights

Collaborate with analytics and CRM teams to understand customer segments, behavior, and retention opportunities.

Use insights to contribute to campaign planning and experience improvements.

Conduct ongoing market research to analyze customer behavior, industry trends, competitor activities, and travel demand patterns across key destinations.
Project Coordination & Planning

Maintain project documentation, timelines, and internal communication loops.

Assist in managing marketing budgets, vendor POs, invoicing, and reconciliation.

Ensure brand compliance across all customer-facing channels.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

3–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communication (travel, e-commerce, tech, or consumer brands is a plus).

Strong understanding of brand building and 360° campaign execution.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.

Creative thinker with attention to detail.

Strong project management and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with analytics dashboards is a plus.
