About the role:
Responsible for providing full employee relations support to ensure smooth employee experience throughout the employment cycle — from onboarding and daily operations to handling investigations and exits. The role requires close coordination with different departments to guarantee compliance, efficiency, and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:

Prepare new joiners for onboarding by coordinating with Admin, IT, Payroll, and HR Business Partners to ensure workspace readiness, access setup, medical insurance activation, and completion of employee files.

Ensure contract documentation and attestation through Qiwa platform, and update employee registration and changes in GOSI.

Manage attendance and punctuality records, monitor absences, and ensure adherence to company attendance policy.

Handle daily employee requests such as employment letters, salary certificates, inquiries, and information updates in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct and document employee investigations and disciplinary actions in line with company policy and labor law.

Support the probation evaluation and contract renewal processes.

Assist in processing internal transfers, resignations, and end-of-service procedures, ensuring proper coordination with Finance and Payroll.

Maintain accurate employee files and ensure all records are updated and compliant with internal and legal requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve HR service quality and employee satisfaction.
Profile requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, English Language, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Employee Relations or General HR.

Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa platform, and GOSI procedures.

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
