About the job:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team, focusing on corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication
skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements,ensure the best possible terms for both the company and the client.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the corporate client base.
- Provide feedback to management on market insights, product improvements, and sales strategies.

 

Qualifications:
- English level from Very good to Excellent.
- GDS experience.
-Proven experience as a Sales Agent or in a similar sales role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
