About the job:

As Manager Strategy Corporate Development, you will be involved in all the above responsibilities. You will have the chance to lead some projects and support on others. You will work closely with the Head of Strategy Corporate Development.

 

You will have an opportunity to learn about the travel and tourism industry and be part of a leading brand in the Travel Tech sector. You will develop relationships with both public and private sector partners, including large public sector entities driving KSA’s Vision 2030 tourism goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the corporate strategy of Almosafer, and ensuring alignment of strategy across Units
  • Monitoring the overall performance of Almosafer and its Units
  • Managing the relationship with investors, Board of Directors, and Board Committees
  • Overseeing M&A, geographic expansion and asset development projects
  • Leading/supporting strategic projects that have wider impact on multiple business units
  • Leading/supporting strategic partnership projects
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to all stakeholders within the company

 

Profile Requirements:

  • You should have 1 - 3 years of prior work experience in Strategy consulting firm.
  • Self-starter with superior work ethic and personal integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast - paced environment with limited supervision (including proactively seeking guidance when needed).
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with an ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships at executive levels.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • A demonstrated track record of both academic and professional success.
  • Experience in travel and tourism is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Prior finance / investment experience is a plus.
