About the job:

Motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Partnership Specialist. In this role, they will assist in managing relationships with key business partners and clients, supporting lead generation efforts, and ensuring the successful execution of partnership agreements. Their focus will be on fostering strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of our strategic partnerships.

  

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with existing and potential clients and partners.

  • Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business leads, including conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and leveraging networking opportunities.

  • Proposal Development: Help prepare proposals, presentations, and other materials to pitch partnership opportunities and secure new business.

  • Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients and partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Partnership Coordination: Assist in coordinating partnership activities, including meetings, negotiations, and contract management.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on partnership performance, client feedback, and lead generation efforts; provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Strategic Partnerships team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.

 

Profile requirements:

Experience:

  • Professional Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in client relationship management, business development, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for drafting proposals, managing client interactions, and internal communication.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

  • Organizational Skills:Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
