About the job:
Responsible for assisting VIP customers in identifying the right holiday products, providing information on travel itineraries, inspiring their thinking, and assisting them in identifying an appropriate holiday package. The job holder is also responsible for achieving individual sales targets and to enhance the overall VIP customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Working on the department's strategic plans to attract clients.
- Building partnerships and managing public relations with individual partners and organizations that have potential clients.
- Representing the Almosafer Concierge at events that include potential clients and targeted organizations to acquire new clients.
- Reviewing client satisfaction levels of the newly attracted clients regarding the department's services.
- Providing regular reports to the department management on the number of clients attracted and establishing a work plan with a timeline for the recruitment strategy and the quality of service based on customer feedback.
- Assisting in the development of the department's business.
- Coordinating between sales staff and providing them with insights from the attracted clients and discussing their feedback.
- Engagement of acquired clients and then repeat engagement of these.
- Organise client events for current and new clients.
Profile Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in travel sales.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Availability throughout the day (on call).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage effectively with VIP clients.
- Comprehensive knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and hotel brands.
- Familiarity with contacting suppliers and various service providers.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Understanding of luxury travel and its specific requirements.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire for personal and professional development.
- High capability to work collaboratively within a team.
