About the job: 

Assistant Manager of Business Development is part of The job that relies heavily on the ability to communicate over the phone and in person with international B2B companies. Having strong communication, and solid interpersonal skills.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Produce effective short & long term business plan (sales) with an objective of increasing revenue as well as productivity. 
  • Execute the plan smoothly and effectively to meet the market requirements as well as changes.
  • Ensure company / business growth on short as well as on long term basis.
  • Increase the number of B2B clients (users) world-wide.
  • Promote the company services world-wide by using all marketing and promotions means.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering productive and efficient service.
  • Be able to manage the existing sales force as well as enlarge the team in response to market needs & changelings.
  • Keep an eye on all market changes and act accordingly.
  • Maintain the existing clients as well as generate new prospects.
  • Respond swiftly to any client complaints, comments, etc...
  • Keep an eye on analyzing the market needs and draw the right conclusions in order to be used in any future development.

 

Profile requirements:

  • He/she is currently heading sales in a similar or recognized business.
  • Experienced in B2B wholesaler with DMC firm.
  • Experienced in managing clients as well as suppliers.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken Arabic & English is essential. 
  • A minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Data analysis & reporting.  
  • Excellent skills using Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
