About the job:
Responsible for assisting customers in identifying the right holiday products, providing information on travel itineraries, inspiring their thinking, and assisting them in identifying an appropriate holiday package.
The job holder is also responsible for achieving individual sales targets and to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leisure travel assistance for clients including air, hotel, resort, cruise, restaurant, tours, sightseeing, etc.
- Stay up to date through ongoing research on products and services using the Internet, contacts with sales representatives, industry publications, newspapers, and other magazines.
- Ensure sales targets are successfully achieved by ensuring a high customer conversion rate.
- Acts as the first point of contact for walk-in customers to ensure the customer experience is enhanced.
- Advise customers on travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, etc. related to holiday packages or travel.
- Resolve conflicts and other issues that may potentially come up, follow up with customers about travel plans, and adjust as needed.
- Receive and process customers' feedback and opinions on the level and quality of service offered by Almosafer and the scope for improvement, if any.
- Identify and understand the needs of the customer and customize packages to client needs to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a high level of competency, initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
- Gather required documents/information for processing requests such as visa, IDL, etc., and liaise with the Service Coordinator to ensure a prompt earliest response.
- Maintain a database on all regular customer-related bookings, meals, seat preferences, etc, and offer personalized services as and when required.
- Adhere to service level targets and coordinate with other departments to meet client service expectations.
- Fully informed and stays abreast of all airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and other industry requirements and accurately applies this information when making travel arrangements.
Profile requirements:

Minimum 0 - 3 experience in a travel agency company.

High School Graduate or Diploma in any field is preferred.

Minimum competencies in English & Knowledge of the Arabic language are a must.

Excellent selling skills & Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively

Excellent knowledge of computer reservation systems, GDS systems, and e-travelling

Strong knowledge of travel destinations as well as domestic and international travel trends

Strong ability to design holiday packages based on customer requirements & strong knowledge of travel booking software.
