About the job:
We’re seeking a business analyst to support our Core team in building complex automation and reducing manual operations. The ideal candidate should have a background in process and application system design and be able to absorb new information quickly. In this dynamic role, you will dive deep into systems and work directly with our other product and engineering teams to ensure our business processes can be enhanced with high-quality service to fulfil the needs of our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Drive automation initiatives by identifying opportunities for automating manual processes using backend technologies.
• Implement and manage process automation tools and solutions (e.g., workflow automation, RPA, etc.) with exposure/knowledge of Automation Anywhere A360.
• Build business cases for the initiatives which need to be automated; implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of backend systems.
• Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure a solid, well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs.
• Be the high-availability resource for answering questions engineers pose about stories in the backlog daily.
• Author of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Attend standups, grooming meetings, estimation meetings, retrospectives and other key meetings for the scrum team.
• Manage scope and drive trade-off decisions in conjunction with external stakeholders.
• Identify blockers impacting timeline, scope, cost or other project variables and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Generate presentations for leadership meetings.

Profile Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in Business Analysis. 
• Bachelor’s degree and above.
• Exposure to the Travel technology industry.
• Experienced in leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in data analytics using Excel and Tableau.
• Proficient in generating presentations.
• Entrepreneurial and analytical; effective at managing change in a fast-moving and constantly evolving business.
• Experience with supporting tools like Jira, Slack, and Kibana.
• Experience with modern technology stacks, including cloud, Google Analytics, microservices, APIs, etc.
