About the Role:
The Performance Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for automating day-to-day marketing activities, including bidding, budgeting, reporting, and other repetitive tasks. This role requires proficiency in coding scripts to optimize Google Ads and other marketing channels. The ideal candidate should be adept in using SQL for data insights through tools like Tableau and possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Automate Marketing Processes: Develop and implement automation for marketing activities such as bidding, budgeting, and reporting to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Campaign Optimization: Write and maintain scripts for optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and other marketing platforms.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize SQL to extract and analyze data, providing actionable insights through data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making automated data-driven adjustments to enhance results.
  • Data Visualization: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports to present marketing data and performance insights.
  • Personalization and Targeting: Drive personalization and automation across various channels, including apps and paid marketing channels, to improve customer experiences and engagement.
  • Integration and Enhancement: Integrate new features and improvements into marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, retention, and martech teams to evaluate and prioritize automation initiatives for improving customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Workflow Management: Build and manage personalization workflows and automation processes.

 

Profile Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong coding skills for scripting and automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methods.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in automating marketing processes and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with data-driven marketing and segmentation strategies.
  • Understanding of best practices in marketing automation and digital marketing trends.
