About the Job:

Almosafer is seeking an Account Manager - Hotel Partnerships to join a very motivated team that manages and develops our key accounts in London, UK.

 

Responsibilities : 

  • Search for partnerships with independent hotels in London,UK based on business requirements
  • Provide support in maintaining and building successful business partnerships with Hotels and manage the aspects of partner interactions (both in a leading role and in a support role for other team members)
  • Monitor the success of each account and manage client relationships by advising on Almosafer products
  • Set, track and report on strategic partner performance metrics
  • Negotiate commercial deals and rates with independent hotels to become their preferred supplier
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLA) with independent hotels towards the procurement and delivery of contract services to Almosafer
  • Establish an understanding of the business objectives of these partners (Hotels) and match these with the range of services offered to maximize business opportunities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and its key functions across the region in order to deliver the highest impact around our partners
  • Support in identification and segmentation of business opportunities regarding strategic partners to increase the number of new partners

 

Profile Requirements :

  • Travel background preferred: online travel agency, B2B, or airline/hotel supplier sales/account management
  • 5+ years of experience in sales/account management in London
  • Outstanding analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, must be able to use data to identify underlying trends and make informed commercial decisions
  • Flexible and open to change and new information; adapts behavior and work methods accordingly
  • Grasps the essence of new information; recognizes own strengths and weaknesses; pursues self-development; seeks feedback
  • Solution based approach to sales/account management with a good understanding of technology
  • Strong customer focus and relationship building skills
  • Good business judgement when making decisions and always considers the relevance/impact of each decision on the business
