We are seeking for a motivated and dynamic assistant manager to join our growing Ad Sales team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone with expereince in digital media sales or media partnerships experience in the UAE market. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by handling key advertiser accounts across difference verticals, including hotels, airlines, tourism boards and media agencies. The candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key advertisers and marketing partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients within the hotels, airlines, tourism boards, media agencies and other advertisers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tourism boards, hotels, airlines and media agency clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advertising solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Handle relationships with tourism boards, ensuring that Almosafer offerings are well -represented and that the boards promotional needs are effectively met.
  • Oversee the execution of ad sales campaigns, from initial briefing through to reporting, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within media agencies, hotels, airlines and tourism boards.
  • Stay up-to-date with media and travel industry trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.


Profile requirements: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in ad sales, specifically in the UAE market, with a proven track record of selling digital media (ad sales) to a variety of direct clients and media agencies in UAE.
  • English fluency is required, Arabic is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital media and media sales.
  • Experience in handling tourism board accounts or similar, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage
  • multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Must be based in Dubai with an understanding of the local market.
