About the role:

 

We're looking for a highly analytical and diligent Senior Officer, Finance Operations specializing in Revenue Assurance. In this crucial role, you'll be at the forefront of safeguarding our revenue streams, ensuring data accuracy, and identifying potential risks. You'll drive efficiently through rigorous analysis, precise reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, playing a vital part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting our strategic goals.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

As a Senior Officer, Finance Operations (Revenue Assurance), your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Revenue Analysis & Dispute Management: Monitor and analyze diverse revenue streams, proactively identifying trends, discrepancies, and potential leakage. You'll lead the resolution of disputes arising from cost and sales reconciliation across all Strategic Business Units (SBUs), successfully coordinating with the Accounts Payable (AP) and (OTC) teams to ensure timely resolution.

 

  • Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Maintain the highest level of financial data accuracy through regular audits and comprehensive reconciliations, ensuring consistency and reliability across all systems.

 

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present insightful reports on revenue performance, ensuring smooth weekly and monthly management reporting timelines. You'll be highly committed to day-to-day closure activities and delivering accurate reports to line managers.

 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with various teams, including Financial & Fulfillment (FFT), Customer Service (CS), Sales, and other Finance departments, to achieve revenue goals and optimize processes.

 

  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential revenue-related risks, developing and implementing proactive mitigation strategies to protect our financial assets.

 

  • Compliance & Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and external regulations concerning revenue assurance, consistently working towards meeting and exceeding company objectives.

 

  • Technology Utilization: Leverage financial tools and systems for effective tracking, analysis, and reporting. You'll stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue assurance technology to enhance our capabilities.

 

Profile Requirements: 

 

To excel in this role, you should possess:

 

Experience: 

 

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (OTC) or/and Revenue Assurance activities, demonstrating a foundational understanding of revenue flows.

 

Technical Proficiency:

 

  • Very strong command of the English language for both written and verbal communication.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for complex data analysis and reporting.

Industry Knowledge (Preferred): 

 

  • An understanding of BSP & air ticket transactions, or experience within the tourism/hospitality industry, is a definite advantage.
