About the Job:

 

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to the business, driving HR initiatives that support Almosafer goals. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis and budgeting to enhance workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Partnership:

 

  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to influence decision-making.

 

Data Analysis:

 

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics to support talent management, employee retention, and recruitment strategies.

 

Budget Management:

 

  • Assist in the development and management of the HR budget, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Monitor HR spending and provide monthly reports to management.

 

Talent Management:

 

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that leverage data insights.
  • Support succession planning and career development initiatives.

 

Employee Engagement:

 

  • Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Design and implement programs that foster a positive workplace culture.

 

Compliance and Policy Development:

 

  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations and industry standards.

 

Training and Development:

 

  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through data assessment.

 

Qualifications:

 

Education:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of  3 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and budgeting within an HR context.

 

Skills:

 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficient in HRIS and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.

Certifications:

 

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.

 

Work Environment:

 

  • This position may require occasional travel to various company sites.
