About the Job:

 

The role holder will be responsible for Coordinating and liaising with hotels and suppliers to effectively fulfill all booking and customer requests and  handling assigned transactions following agreed SOP to guarantee consistency and meeting of department requirements, adhering to all KPIs metrics and work on achieving all communicated target. 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Manage day-to-day online accommodation operations across multiple platforms in line with the daily operational plan.
  • Review and handle assigned bookings, ensuring accuracy, timely confirmation and compliance with operational standards.
  • Confirm hotel bookings through hotel extranets or direct coordination with hotel partners and suppliers and update confirmation details (including HCN) accurately in the system.
  • Maintain and update hotel inventory, rates, promotions, and availability on hotel extranet systems to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Monitor online accommodation performance and address discrepancies related to bookings, rates or availability.
  • Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve booking, rate, availability or operational discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, timelines and quality expectations.
  • Handle operational challenges efficiently while working under pressure and tight deadlines.

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–5 years in tourism/hospitality, including at least 1 year in online accommodation operations.
  • Experience with OTAs, bedbanks and hotel extranet systems.
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer- and partner-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
