About the Job :
The role holder will be responsible for Coordinating and liaising with hotels and suppliers to effectively fulfill all booking and customer requests and handling assigned transactions following agreed SOP to guarantee consistency and meeting of department requirements, adhering to all KPIs metrics and work on achieving all communicated target.
Responsibilities :
- Handle assigned tasks based on the daily plan.
- Check assigned bookings for confirmation and ensure accuracy.
- Confirm bookings with the hotel and update the HCN (Hotel Confirmation Number) on the HUB.
- If the hotel does not provide an HCN, email the supplier and forward it to Tier 2.
- Ensure timely and accurate confirmation of bookings within the assigned workload.
- Update required documentation while maintaining data accuracy.
- Adhere to the designated work schedule and accommodate business requests as needed.
- Take responsibility for meeting communicated targets and track daily indicators to maintain service quality.
- Meet individual key metrics and KPIs by ensuring personal indicators are within accepted ranges.
- Validate the KPIs and provide justifications for any significant variation or failure to meet benchmarks.
- Identify and flag issues and concerns that require escalation and contribute to solutions that enhance department performance.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of data and adhere to established policies and procedures.
Profile Requirements :
- Proficient in English: Strong command of the English language to effectively communicate with internal teams, hotels, and suppliers.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, hotels, and suppliers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze issues, propose effective solutions, and make informed decisions to overcome challenges.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to adjust to changing circumstances, priorities, and work assignments. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
- 2 Years of experience at online accommodation (Hotel operation).
