About the Job :

 

Employee Relations officer is responsible for maintaining a positive work environment by managing employee concerns and resolving conflicts. Affair between employees and management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate the plan and implement the activities of the ER services.
  • Administer ER procedures including Onboarding.
  • Provide employees with the needed letters.                                                                 
  • Handle the exit procedures and its related documents according to the labor law     .
  • Follow up the governmental medical insurance regulations for new hires     .
  • Maintain the contract for all employees according to the labor law.
  • Maintain the social insurance procedures with the law.
  • Maintain the filing system for the current & resigned employees .                                                         

Profile Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Labor of laws, Business Administration, or related field.
  • V.Good up to Excellent Command of English language.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Experience in a similar industry or large organization at least 1 year.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, Social Insurance, and ER best practices.
  • Microsoft Office Usage along with Google business package "sheet, word, Etc..
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • HR Diploma is a Plus.
  • SuccessFactors Usage Experience is a Plus.
