About the Job:
The Job Holder will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the Corporate Call Center, managing customer requests received via email, and addressing inquiries that may arise from these communications.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer requests received by email promptly and professionally.
- Respond to inquiries and provide necessary clarifications or feedback related to the emails received.
- Ensure high-quality customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Profile Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, regulations, and procedures
- Proficiency in email correspondence and phone communication.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and itinerary planning(Experience Amadeus system)
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
