About the job: 

 

The Manager is responsible for monitoring the end-to-end  process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operational activities. This role requires a data-driven approach to identify gaps, implement improvements, and develop initiatives aimed at enhancing process and business efficiency. The manager will lead a team along with other leaders, provide ongoing support and development and be available around the clock to meet operational demands.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Monitoring the process from order receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.

  • Collaborate with other leaders and with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

  • Develop and implement initiatives aimed at closing gaps and optimizing workflows.

  • Monitor his team KPIs and operational metrics to assess team performance.

  • Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to improve processes and reduce costs.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the team to enhance skills and performance.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment that encourages initiative and accountability.

  • Be available around the clock to address operational issues and support team members as needed.

  • Ensure continuous communication with stakeholders to facilitate timely decision-making and problem resolution.

  • Drive initiatives that improve overall team efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative solutions into operations.

  • Prepare regular reports on team performance and present findings to reporting manager.

  • Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights that inform strategic planning and operational improvements.

Profile Requirements:

Education: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Certifications in e-commerce or online distribution are an advantage.

 

Industry Experience: 

 

  • 8–12 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or online accommodation distribution, including 5–7 years of direct experience managing Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), bedbanks, and online accommodation platforms.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of hotel distribution channels, contracts and negotiations, rate parity, inventory management, and online sales performance trends.

 

Management Experience: 

 

  • Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role with proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and collaborate effectively across departments.

  • Analytical & Strategic Skills: Demonstrated capability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement process or performance improvements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively across teams to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
