Manager - Finance Management & Reporting

About The Job :

 

  • The role holder will be responsible for handling all the Reporting and Statutory duties in the Group.

 

 

Responsabilites :

 

  • Prepare and finalize Financial statements.
  • Prepare and provide schedules to auditors for all balance sheet related items (intercompany recons, prepaid amortization, Fixed assets schedule, bank recon etc).
  • Support & manage audit related matters for Egypt entities through liaising with group controlling team in KSA.
  • Support preparation of financial guideline (GL, ageing, etc).
  • Prepare required manual JVs re. audit and statutory adjustments.
  • Prior experience in the industry of coordinating with external auditors and tax officers.

 

Profile Requirements :

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or related field.
  • Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as ACCA.
  • Preferably having big 4 or mid-tier firms historically with tax and audit background.
  • Prior working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/ Oracle) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with at least 2-3 years in a similar role.
  • Advanced Level of F&A competence.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems and finance modules.
  • Strong drive towards customer satisfaction.
  • Sound organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and scenario analysis.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Online Travel core business and business processes.
  • Fluent written and spoken English essential.
  • Fluent written and spoken Arabic is an advantage.
