About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Specialist - Software Engineer with strong backend development skills and the ability to independently own technical initiatives from analysis through production.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services.

  • Perform technical analysis and solution design.

  • Take end-to-end ownership of features from development through deployment and production support.

  • Develop and maintain third-party system integrations.

  • Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering quality standards.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and other engineering teams.

  • Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.

 

Profile Requirements:

Strong experience with:

  • Java and Spring Boot

  • Microservices

  • Kafka

  • PostgreSQL and MongoDB

  • Redis

  • AWS

  • REST and SOAP APIs

  • Production monitoring and troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, or similar tools

  • Ability to effectively leverage AI tools for coding, analysis, debugging, testing, and improving development productivity

  • strong problem-solving skills, a high level of ownership, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high engineering standards.
