About the Role:

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and highly motivated Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Platform Product team.

You will help build products that power supplier connectivity, hotel availability, booking reliability, room mapping, supplier quality, and supply intelligence across the Almosafer ecosystem.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Supplier Management, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and Data teams to identify opportunities, launch new capabilities, improve platform performance, and solve complex operational challenges.

This is a high-impact platform role where small improvements can influence millions of hotel searches and thousands of daily bookings.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving ambiguous platform problems, loves working with APIs and data, and wants to build systems that operate at scale.

You will report to the Senior Product Manager – Hotel Supply Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand supplier APIs, booking flows, pricing models, and inventory structures.

  • Help improve supplier onboarding efficiency and reduce integration effort.

Platform Improvements

  •  Analyze booking failures, supplier issues, API errors, availability gaps, and operational escalations to identify root causes.

  • Drive product improvements that improve booking success rate, supplier quality, and platform reliability.

Product Delivery

  • Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation.

  • Work closely with Engineering throughout discovery, development, testing, rollout, and post-launch analysis.

  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization.

Analytics & Insights

  • Build dashboards and analyze supplier performance using SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.

  • Monitor KPIs and identify trends across supplier availability, booking failures, pricing competitiveness, and operational performance.

  • Validate hypotheses using data and communicate insights clearly.

AI & Automation

  • Leverage AI tools and LLM-based assistants to improve product discovery, automate repetitive workflows, analyze supplier documentation, and accelerate product execution.

  • Continuously identify opportunities where AI can improve platform efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Supplier Management, Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Customer Support, and Data teams to solve cross-functional problems.

  • Coordinate multiple initiatives while proactively identifying risks and dependencies.

Profile Requirements:

Must Have

  •  3–7 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Platform Products, Data Analytics, or Software Engineering.

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working with APIs, backend systems, and technical products.

  • Experience working with SQL and Excel for data analysis.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.

Good To Have

  • Experience in TravelTech, Hospitality, OTA, SaaS, Marketplace, or Platform products.

  • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.

  • Experience with Tableau, Mixpanel, Kibana, Looker, or similar BI tools.

  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar productivity tools.

  • Exposure to hotel distribution, supplier connectivity, booking systems, or pricing platforms.
